Made using CleanCo Rhubarb Non-Alcholic Crisp Dry Botanical Spirit, it's a great alternative to gin to give a fun twist to your drink.

I'm a huge fan of lemon-based drinks so I created this take on my favourite gin fizz cocktail to enjoy at home.
You will need:
200ml CleanCo Rhubarb Crisp Botanical Spirit
100ml Lemon cordial (I used Marks & Spencer Sicilian Lemon & Mexican Lime cordial)
Soda water
Lemon for garnish
Method:
Lemon juice the glass and twist the rim in sugar
In a cocktail shaker over ice, pour in the gin & lemon cordial.
Shake vigorously
Pour into two glasses
Top with soda water
Garnish with a slice of lemon
