New beauty products are my favourite thing to share - I love being able to try a variety of items from hair and body to skincare and makeup and so I've done a little round-up of five products that were new to me in March.
As always, I've been trying a few different brands this year, some of them new to me, some new to us all as they were recently released; so let's dive in.
I have been a long-term user of Batiste dry shampoo - it is my go-to and I'd never be without a can. Not only is it great for allowing you to go an extra day or two between hair washes but it gives great volume, works really well with a little backcomb and it caresses hair in a glorious scent. The newest range features three new products all made with 100% natural extracts. The plant-powered dry shampoo range includes Green Tea and Chamomile, Bamboo Fibre and Gardenia and Coconut Milk and Hemp Seed Oil
The can also use 40% less packaging than the standard cans meaning that you can do good and look fabulous doing it! I'm a big fan of the Green Tea & Chamomile can, it smells glorious and you still get the results you expect.
Nursem was founded by husband and wife team Jonny and Antonia, a paediatric nurse - who knows first-hand just how much hands go through with constant washing while looking after patients. Nursem is a passionately advocated brand, loved by nurses, mums and many more and they've quickly grown from hand cream to body wash, balms and more. The latest product is the luxurious fast-absorbing Ultra Caring Body Balm that uses advanced clinically proven actives to intensively moisturise your skin and help stimulate your body's natural filaggrin production for healthier, balanced skin.
It calms redness and irritation with pharmaceutical-grade Colloidal Oatmeal while rejuvenating skin using barrier-restoring patented natural active Mondo Grass and hydrating, texture-improving Niacinamide. Lastly, skin is protected by creating a natural barrier using Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Glycerin for smoother, softer skin. This has been a dream to use during the colder weather.
Designed to be used in the shower, this steam facial mask nourishes and deeply cleanses as heat is released when massaged onto the skin, transforming the gel into an oil. With a formula made up of Acacia Collagen and peptides to help moisturise and rejuvenate for healthier-looking skin while also softening, balancing and toning - it's the perfect skincare product to keep in your shower room.
I have used a lot of Pixi Beauty Products over the years and you can see most of those reviews via this link here - Pixi Beauty.
The latest launch from L'Occitane and oh what a dream - the Artichoke Massage Cream is an expert body moisturiser that firms up the skin and helps to reduce cellulite aspect. Combined with massage it also helps reduces swollen and heavy leg sensation. Its melting refreshing texture leaves the skin hydrated for up to eight hours too.
Powered with micro-circulation booster Artichoke extract, it sublimates body contours, restores firmness and elasticity to the skin and helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite. I adore it, it melts into the skin leaving it silky soft and smelling incredible. Really interested to see what other products will be released in this range.
Ole Henriksen HydraBarrier Nourishing Face Oil
A new restorative face oil from Ole Henriksen - a nourishing formula that seals in essential moisture and maximizes both instant and long-term results. The quick-absorbing formula is clinically tested to instantly boost hydration and strengthen your moisture barrier by 19%, and also improves skin texture by 25% in just 8 weeks, leaving you with clearer, smoother, more supple skin.
It's recommended to use alongside the Strenght Trainer Peptide Boost Moisturiser to firm and deeply hydrate and when I did this, my skin felt so smooth the next morning. A winning product duo. You can find more Ole Henriksen reviews by heading to the search bar.
