A Step into Evolve Organic Beauty

It didn't take long for me to fall for Evolve Beauty, to be honest it took just reading the About Us page on their website as the passion behind the brand came through in just a few sentences. Laura, Evolve Beauty's founder is behind the range of natural and organic skincare brand which is inspiring a better and more natural world for beauty. The products are created by a small team in a studio in Hertfordshire, lovingly made with uplifting scents, incredible ingredients and interesting textures. I had a few products arrive for me to try and after seeing the packing I realised I've already been using the Nourishing Hair Elixir for the last year after receiving it in a baby gift box.

Saint Berry, Sheer Colour for Autumn

If there is one thing I love about Autumn, it's being able to get out alllllll my berry lip products to wear through until I switch everything to red for Christmas. I've always matched my colours to seasons and so when I was nosing around my local TK Maxx in search of candles, cute baby clothes and the odd beauty product or two, I stumbled across a few shades from Lipstick Queen. I've never used Lipstick Queen before and as they were being sold for £4.99, I snapped one up.

The answer to Long & Healthy Hair with Kérastase

When it comes to keeping my hair in excellent condition, I will always reach for Kérastase. It's a brand I know my hair loves and I can trust to give me unbeatable results and as I'm currently sporting much longer hair than usual the new Kérastase Résistance Extentioniste range, designed specifically for helping keep long and healthy hair, it's a blessing I never knew I needed.

The range is said to be a daily hair training programme to help strengthen hair from root to tip and with an exclusive new complex, you're going to want to hear more.

Molton Brown's New Fragrance Jasmine & Sun Rose

When it comes to luxury fragrance and bath, Molton Brown is my guilty pleasure. There's something so luxurious about Molton Brown, something that has always stuck with me from childhood. Whenever my aunt use to travel and stay in hotels where Molton Brown was found in the rooms, she always brought back the miniatures for me and it's something that I have always remembered. I find their products so quintessentially British and my love for them has never faltered. So I give you the brand new fragrance from Molton Brown that I've fallen head over heels for...

Two Beauty Bits from Aveda You'll Love

I recently shared a post on the gorgeous lip line, Feed My Lips by Aveda when I added Morello, a deep cherry shade to my lip drawer. I loved it so much that I now have my signature shade from the range and a treat for my lashes too. Aveda are a brand I've really invested my time in over the last couple of years, I adore their hair products so it was inevitable that I'd venture into their makeup too.

Manuka Doctor 24K Gold & Manuka Honey Facial Peel

If there is one thing I always make time for, it's a face mask whether it's during a hot bubble bath or at 11am and I'm trying not to terrify Joshua while I'm wearing a sheet mask. I just love a good mask and so does my skin. In recent weeks, I've been giving my skin the once over with the Manuka Doctor 24K Gold & Manuka Honey Facial Peel  (£29.99) and my skin is eternally grateful for my good deed. Aimed to help revitalise tired and dull looking complexions, this stuff should be handed to new mums along with their baby.

The NEW Clarins Skin Illusion Foundation

I'm a self confessed lipstick lover but if there was ever a product to replace my first love it would have to be foundation. I feel like I've always been on a mission to find something that perfectly applies to my skin to leave a beautiful blank canvas to work my magic on. I have a love hate relationship with Clarins Foundations so when the Clarins Skin Illusion Foundation (£30.00) was launched with a new formula I wondered whether this would finally be the one for me and my makeup sense were right, I love the stuff.

Why We Love Jurlique Baby Skincare

Caring for your babies skin is so important, with Arran and I suffering with sensitive skin as children I was very aware of what we would use on Joshua's skin from the get go. We love brands such as Aveeno, Sebamed and Mustela but when it comes to massaging his little tum and keeping his cheeks super soft we always turn to the Jurlique baby range.

Lee Stafford Cactus Crush

I have loved and used Lee Stafford hair products since I was a teen which was a pretty long time ago, and whenever I see the hot pink bottles and cool packaging I can't help but feel a little nostalgic. I had the Lee Stafford Cactus Crush collection arrive in August for me to try and it was love at first smell, boy does this collection smell good. I put the shampoo and conditioner straight in my bathroom so I don't think I even showed those two products in my unboxing because I was already using them.

You just can't beat a bit of Lee Stafford hair care.

8 Reasons to eat at Gusto Lounge

Eating in Southampton is one of my favourite things to do, hell eating is one of my favourite things to do so when Gusto Lounge in Southampton got in touch with an offering of delicious food, a cocktail menu and the promise of a fabulous evening, I said yes. Obviously.

Gusto Lounge is an Italian restaurant situated in the city centre and serves warming Italian food, yummy seafood and the best warm bread and oil you'll find in Southampton. Seriously, it was something else. I've walked past Gusto many times and have never been in and now I'm kicking myself because WHAT a surprise, I can tell ya.

If that's not reason enough to try Gusto then here are eight more...

Your Menstrual Cup Questions Answered

I really recently shared My Experience on using a Menstrual Cup and I was asked so many questions on Instagram that I thought I'd share them within a post. I made the decision to start using a menstrual cup after I found tampons really uncomfortable after having a baby and so I started looking at other options and with the impact of tampons on the environment and wanting to start leading a greener life, a cup was the obvious choice. So grab a cuppa, sit back and have a read over my answers to some of your questions.

My First Time using a Menstrual Cup

What do you think of when you hear the words menstrual cup?

Gross? Messy? Disgusting? I thought all of those when I first heard about them, I'm slightly squeamish and at the time, they just weren't for me. I liked the convenience of grabbing a tampon and getting on with my day but as I've got older and taught myself more about my period, my cycle and my body I kept going back to the idea of using a cup especially since having a baby.

If you're not into blood, mess or TMI details then this post isn't for you...
