Mega Multiple your Lashes with Revlon

I'm very particular about what I use on my lashes, I know what works for me and there isn't very many new releases that can sway me away from my norm. Revlon dropped a parcel into my lap recently full of products to create a go getting eye look with one of the products being the Mega Multiplier Mascara. Turns out I can be swayed...

My first impressions of the Mega Multiplier Mascara were, nope. The formula looked quite wet and I did not like the look of the wand at all but I gave it a whirl anyway and it turns out first impressions aren't always correct.

The mega lash brush is designed to move the formula from lash line to tip for outstanding volume and length. The unique fibers create tubes around each lash to help plump and extend lashes for a mega volume look. The tubes do actually do what they're meant to and as I separated a clump I'd created, I ended up pulling away a tube, revealing a clean lash. My hopes of an easy wash off were confirmed in the process.

The formula is flake free and smudge proof, I've been trialling it during the hot weather we were having in July and August and there was not a black smudge in sight! Not bad for a £9.99 mascara. Before trying this, I'd read a number of reviews on the mascara and how there isn't much of a multiplying effect at all but I didn't find that myself and definitely noticed an extended lift to my lashes.

The only thing I'm still not a fan of is the wand, I like small, plastic wands that separate each lash and this one takes some work. Can I put up with it because of the way it makes my lashes look? Totally. This is my first time trying a mascara from Revlon and I'm impressed, I like the packaging and the formula is a doddle to remove. I have my eye on the Ultimate All In One mascara to try next.

Have you tried any of the Revlon mascaras? What did you think?
