Staying Soft with Palmers

I couldn't tell you how many years I've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter for, it's a scent I always associate with my younger years. Palmer's is also one of the go to brands when it comes to keeping skin smooth and stretchmarks reduced so I off I toddled to Boots to check out the range. They've come a long way since the single bottles of cocoa butter I used to buy!

Keeping my skin and baby bump soft and smooth during pregnancy is quite important to me especially as I've been suffering with dry skin for the first time ever. I want to do everything I can to limit stretchmarks and just really look after my skin too. I found four products from Palmer's to help me do this plus that legendary smell is always a welcome addition.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Bust Cream £4.29
I've been lucky to be blessed with smaller and always pert boobs but since pregnancy has taken its toll, they've grown to new limits. I've been massaging the Bust Cream in to my skin, morning and night to help firm and tone. It contains a blend of pure cocoa butter, shea butter and vitamin e to maximise moisture. The added collagen and elastin helps increase firmness. Here's hoping it works!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter £4.49
I also added the Mother & Baby Awards Gold Winner to my skincare routine. The Tummy Butter comes in a round pot and is essentially solid cocoa butter. It's a high concentrated night time treatment specifically for pregnancy stretch marks. It's enriched with relaxing lavender, pure cocoa and shea butters plus vitamin e. The non greasy butter helps keep my bump smooth and less itchy. I love using this treatment and the added lavender is great for sleep.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Lotion £4.75
I love that this is in a pump bottle now, it makes using it so much easier with lotion covered hands. This is an all over lotion designed for pregnancy stretchmarks. It contains the new Bio C-Elaste, pure cocoa and shea butters and vitamin e. I've been using this religiously as it makes my skin so soft, I find the familiar smell really soothing too. I'm basically just cocoa buttery goodness all the time.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Body Lotion £3.75
Lastly is the cult beauty classic, good old body lotion. I always have a bottle of this lurking somewhere and it's not surprising it's such a loved product, it really is as good as everyone claims. The moisturiser softens, smoothes and relieves dry while also helping marks and scars for less than £4. It's one of my essentials and urge you to try it if you're battling with dry skin. It's a lifesaver.

I'm hoping my cocoa butter haul really helps my skin keep a spring in its step. I'll definitely be sharing my thoughts after little man is here and I've accessed the damage!
