Pixi have been getting it so right in recent months and the products have fast found themselves within my daily beauty and skincare routines. A few months ago, Pixi collaborated with four beauty mavens, one of which was Aspyn Ovard on three stunning highlighting shades which if you haven't already, you're going to want to buy...
I will be honest and say I'd never heard of Aspyn Ovard until the Pixi + Pretties Collection but after some serious snooping, I feel I'm pretty clued up on the lifestyle blogger now. There are three powdered highlighters in this collection, all three are extremely beautiful and glow-y with one being blush perfect. Each of the glistening powders apply to the skin easily, leaving a gorgeous, subtle glow to the skin. They are going to be ideal going into the spring summer months.

London Lustre - light golden shimmer
Santorini Sunset - golden peach shimmer
Rome Rose - peachy pink gold shimmer
Rome Rose - peachy pink gold shimmer
Santorini Sunset is by far my favourite of the three and the one I'm already getting the most use out of. Rome Rose does look very pretty on the apples of my cheeks but I have to really blend it out to stop myself from looking like a clown. I also find London Lustre a bit too iridescent for me but that is purely down to my skin tone. There will be a shade for everyone within this collection as the natural mineral powders add a hint of glow and sheer soft colour to help brighten all complexions.
The highlighters come in Pixi's well-known, soft green packaging, each with a twist off lid which isn't wildly convenient but something that doesn't overly bother me. I just find it a little fiddly. I do like how you can see what shade you're reaching for though. Overall, the shades are beautiful, well priced and something I'll be using until I hit pan. If you're a highlighter addict then you will want to snap these up quickly.
