Bring Home the Magic of Christmas

Oh what a wonderful time of year! The Christmas lights have gone up, Michael Buble is singing softly in the background and we can't down our Bailey's hot chocolates quick enough which means it's almost Christmas! My mum has always been crazy on Christmas and has subsequently passed it on to me, so when the decorations come out in shops, I will find an excuse to buy everything. I will be sharing a Christmas decoration haul next week so keep an eye out as there are some real gems. I've also discovered a Christmas grotto of things in Ideal World so grab your credit card...

Ideal World* have truly surprised me this year, I'm not entirely sure what I associated them with but I never knew that you could buy literally anything from them and by anything I mean everything for Christmas too. This season, they have a campaign called Follow the Magic to let you know that they have Christmas covered for you. From Christmas trees to presents and food to cleaning products for the big clean up after, there isn't a thing they haven't thought of.

To inject some Christmas spirit into my life and home, Ideal World sent through everything I needed and I was truly spoilt, even Arran had a present to open too. The first item came in the form of the 150cm Fibre Optic Tree which I am so excited about! I haven't pulled it from the packet yet as it's a little too soon to put any decorations up but I already have a spot for it and I'm totally having two trees up this year.

The presents were all individually wrapped in gift bags with tags telling me what the presents were for. You could see the amount of thought that had gone into this and it was so lovely to sit and open everything. There was a cookery book for the kitchen called Cooking for Christmas plus and a recipe book for mug cakes plus some cleaning spray which I'll be using to clean my fake snowed windows. As well as the Christmas tree, there were three LED Textured candles which run on batteries and come with remote controls so I won't even have to get up to turn them on. They'll make such a fabulous atmosphere when all the decorations are up.

For myself, there was a gorgeous burgundy top which is perfect for the festive season as well as a pendant necklace which makes the outfit complete. I also had a Spongelle which is a body wash buffer in the scent champagne and a luxurious hair masque for the ultimate pre-Christmas pamper. Arran received a Virtual Reality Headset which I think so many people would love for Christmas, it would also be great to stick on Granny for some afternoon laughs after a Bailey's. My favourites thing of all was the a hot hugs Penguin which was practically made for me, I'll be toasty warm in December with this little guy.

As you can see, I had a whole range of stuff delivered to my door which will give you an idea of just how much they do for Christmas. There are also some amazing discounts, deals and competitions to get involved in. You can find Ideal World on www.idealworld.tv or using Sky 654, Freeview 22, Virgin 747 and Freesat 812.

Did you know Ideal World did this much for Christmas?
