My Perfect Single Eyeshadow Shade

It's not often you'll find me buying single pan eye shadows, I'm more of a palette kinda girl but when I hit pan on a shade very similar to this in my Vice 3, I needed to find a replacement and I needed to find it quick. I headed to the Urban Decay store in Brent Cross Shopping Centre a few months back and finally found the one, Bust.

Bust comes in Urban Decay's signature gun metal packaging, in a circular compact. There is also the option to take it out to create your own palette. The formula of Bust is ridiculously light and smooth. It applies evenly, blends easily and doesn't look chalky or creased. Once applied, the shade is greyish, taupe, not too silver and not too metallic. This is a shade I reach for, for day-to-day use because it's subtle enough for daily use and it lasts for hours with or without primer. I also use it at the weekend to smoke it up a bit using my smoky palette also from Urban Decay.

If you're familiar with Urban Decay's formula then you'll know just how fab this is and as some of the single eyeshadows are also in their palettes, if you hit pan then you don't have to be without your favourite shade for too long. All the singles retail at £14.00 and can be bought from Urban Decay or Debenhams.

What do you think of Urban Decay's eyeshadows? What are your favourites?
