Who knew workouts could be so fun when you throw in Pokemon training too? Lucky 'ol me was able to workout at Virgin Active alongside the first guy to catch them all, Sam Clark! Virgin Active Hampshire has every thing you need for the perfect work out including a swimming pool, tennis courts plus jacuzzi, sauna and steam room to relax in after your workout.

Ellisha and I headed down to our nearest Virgin Active to learn all there was about catching Pokemon before having a work out with Shahine which we were well and truly feeling the next day. As I was talked through what to do by our very own personal trainer for the afternoon, Sam was able to catch Pokemon with Eevee, Shellder and of course Pidgeys popping up all over the gym equipment.
The afternoon was a great laugh and I felt so much better after the workout, Shahina really knows his stuff. Virgin Active Hampshire is a fabulous gym with lots of trainers on hand to help you out if you have any questions and I can't wait to get back out there for another session plus a dip in the pool. There's also lots of Pokemon about to catch at the same time!
