It's not often a hair product comes along and blows me away. I'm pretty minimalistic when it comes to my hair, as long as I have my OGX and some dry shampoo I'm happy. With the warmer weather on its way I've started to take more care of my hair before it starts to feel dehydrated, dry and unhappy so I've introduced hair oils, primers and this can of joy from Shu Uemura.
The Shu Uemura Straightforward Time-Saving Blow Dry Oil is designed for medium to thick hair delivering a faster blow dry while the oil based formula coats every strand for smoother, sleeker and shinier hair. It's perfectly fine for colour treated hair and doesn't leave hair feeling tacky or appear oilier than it should which was my main concern before using it. After washing and lightly towel drying my hair, I just split into sections, spray onto the ends of my hair and comb through.
I'm left with frizz-free, sleek hair that I can't help but whip back and forth. The price of one can is over the £20 mark but you get 185ml of product and as you only need a couple of sprays, if that per section, you definitely get your money's worth over time. Their hair masques have had some fab reviews so I'm going to look at trying one of those next.
Have you used Shu Uemura for hair before?
