I love this time of year at Lush Cosmetics, right after the big sale comes Valentines, Mother's Day and Easter, new limited edition bath bombs, shower gels and soaps! I ventured to my local Lush to see what they had in stock and picked up some more bombs as per. I didn't go mad as I'm going to a bloggers event there next week so I'm saving myself for that and my basket of lushy goodness I keep at home is already overflowing.
The first bomb I picked up was Lover Lamp, a white bath bomb with cocoa butter infused red hearts. With notes of chocolate orange, vanilla absolut and Brazilian orange oil, it's like a chocolate orange for the bath. It doesn't do much to the water but it does wonders for the skin. Secondly I bought Karma, a pyramid shaped bubble bar. Packed with orange oil, patchouli, lavandin (similar to lavender) and pine oil, it's tangy, relaxing and the perfect companion to a glass of wine and a relaxing evening. I've been meaning to buy Karma for so long.
Some of the Mother's Day stock launched last weekend so I also bought a bath bomb and bubble bar from the range. The Ladybird bubble bar was the last one on display and had just one eye so I quickly popped it in a bag to take home. It's loaded with geranium oil and peppermint oil, Ladybird is fresh and vibrant getting you ready for the day ahead. The only bath bomb in the range is Rose Bombshell which is smells gorgeous. Containing yellow rose petals, rose absolute and rose oil, it's feminine and oh so relaxing. It fizzes away in the bath and the shell breaks away to bursts of petals, bursting with Sicilian lemon and geranium oils. It's pretty special.
The Mother's Day range this year is teeny tiny. There is just one other bubble bar which is called Flowering Tea, plus Yummy Mummy shower gel and some gift sets. Valentine's was small and now this?! I hope they pull something spectacular out the bag for Easter.
What do you think of the new products? Have you tried any yet?
