Blogger's Festival with Scarlett London

On the 5th of September, 250 bloggers and vloggers descended on the Conrad St James in London for the Bloggers Festival organised by the lovely Scarlett London. I went to one of her events back in April this year and really enjoyed myself so after arranging to stay in London for the weekend with Karis and Tanya, I was really looking forward to it. I and the girls grabbed lunch in Trafalgar Square before the event so we could have a huge catch up before walking to the venue.

The Conrad St James was the perfect location, we were greeted on arrival, checked off our names and headed straight over to see Scarlett where she lead us into the main conference room. We were also given handy little guides with the floor plan and all the company info. Lifesaver!

It was great to see some of my favourite companies there who also help with the Southampton Blog Events so a quick catch up with Nanshy and Bee Good was the first thing I did before making my way through the room with the girls. Jewellery Box was the first stop. It was great to put faces to names as I've worked with them recently. Their stand was by far the best looking, modeled on a magical woodland theme.

There were also stands from The Perfume Shop, Bon Prix, Yours Truly Organics and Simply Be. There were canapes and drinks walked around the room all afternoon and there was also a sweet section where you could sit and mingle. It was so nice being able to meet other bloggers I've spoken to for well over a year and meet some new faces.

The event went so quickly and before we knew it, it was time to get back to Karis' to get ready for the blog event we were going to in the evening. We were given incredible goody bags from most of the companies there on the day and Scarlett also sent us away with goody bags full to the brim in awesome canvas bags from Life Tonics with the slogan 'Blogging is thirsty work'. I had the best time and I can't wait for more of Scarlett's fabulous events.
